We are pleased to announce the launch of CondoCafe, your Owners Services Center, an online information area for your HOA community. This electronic online service will allow you to get updated information on your community, make dues payments via credit card or bank account and submit work orders for maintenance requests for your unit.
IMPORTANT: We will need your email address in order for you to register with the online payment system. Please contact the office at (972) 243-2175 or send your email address to payments@snlassociates.com, so we can set you up in our system.

go directly to CondoCafe.com to register your account. You will need to register your account using the Condo Café button above.
Once we have your email in our system we will email the instructions so you can register and begin using your online account with CondoCafe.
If you prefer to send a check or money order, please make your check or money order payable to your HOA property and mail to:
