Order resale certificates and documents
Please fill out the form below for resale certificates and accompanying documents or email your request to resales@snlassociates.com. Resales
must
be ordered by the TITLE COMPANY
once a sale is under contract and buyer's contact information must be included in request.
Resale fees are payable at closing and must be made payable to SNL Associates, Inc. All HOA dues, Capital Reserves (if required) and any other fees must be made payable to the HOA property.
Please allow up to 5 days for completion of the resale package.
NOTE: Pagewood Townhouses Phase I & II, Les Chateaux Condominiums, Shelby Place and Park Lane Place Condominiums require a "Right of First Refusal", so we will need a copy of the contract sent along with your request. Please allow up to 10 days for completion of the resale package for these properties once we receive the contract, seller and buyer information.
(We can NOT accept resale requests made from buyers/sellers, mortgage companies or real estate agents.)
